After graduating from California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, I travel to Italy, France, and Japan to learn about their food customs and cultural. I worked at Sofitel Hotel, Silverado Country Club, Napa Valley Country Club, and fine dining Hotel Royal in Deauville France.
